UMAI is on a mission to help restaurants worldwide automate their success. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented go-getter in Lisbon, Portugal to join our Customer Success team and be part of how we grow and support our restaurant network.

The Mission:

- Support Our Clients: Help onboard new restaurants onto UMAI's platform and make sure they get the most out of our tools from day one.

- Shape Our Brand: Plan and create social media content that tells UMAI's story and celebrates our restaurant partners.

- Keep Things Running: Maintain and improve our platforms and data, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and looking sharp.

- Grow With Us: Take on more ownership every week, from observing to independently managing client sessions and recurring workflows.

What you'll gain:
